Our priorities

Bfriends Charity has developed three main priorities that align with the Trust's Business Plan and respond to feedback from young people, adults and professionals.

01

  • Apprenticeships
  • Internships
  • Training programmes
  • Work placements
  • Entry-level positions
  • Pathways to long-term employment or higher education
02

Community and inclusion

Bfriends works with community organisations to create supportive environments where children in care and care-experienced young people can:

  • Connect with peers
  • Share experiences
  • Access useful resources
  • Develop personally
  • Develop professionally
  • Have their needs better understood
03

Transitions

Bfriends works with partner organisations, charities and businesses to support young people and adults who are:

  • Moving into independent living
  • Becoming adults
  • In need of additional practical or emotional support

Help us deliver on these priorities

Corporate partnerships, fundraising, and volunteering all directly support this work. Let's talk about where you fit in.
